Welcome to CHRO 2024

Nobel Laureate
Professor Barry J. Marshall

On behalf of the organising committee, it is my honour to welcome you to the Campylobacter, Helicobacter, and Other Organism Conference (CHRO 2024). As we gather under the banner of “The Era of Meta-omics,” I warmly invite you to my home town of Perth, Western Australia.

I extend this invitation, not just as a researcher in the field but also as someone who deeply values the collaborative spirit of international conferences such as this one. CHRO 2024 is not merely a forum for exchanging scientific findings; it’s a testament to our collective vision. Our central message revolves around uniting minds, cultures, and talents. In this diverse global milieu, we envisage a brighter, inclusive future, driven by international collaboration.

The primary objective of CHRO 2024, to bring together professionals from various backgrounds, resonates with the essence of inclusivity and collaboration. We hope to provide a comprehensive vista into the current advances related to Campylobacter, Helicobacter, and Related Organisms. Our vision extends beyond just academic discussions; we aim to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. From ground-breaking research insights to stimulating discourse on innovative solutions, CHRO 2024 promises an enriching experience for every participant.

I’m particularly excited about the academic exploration segment, offering a platform for the presentation of varied scholarly contributions. Every paper will undergo meticulous peer-review, ensuring we not only disseminate the highest quality of information but also provide a nurturing environment for budding researchers.

Drawing inspiration from past gatherings, the heart of CHRO 2024 also lies in the in-person interactions. It is an opportunity to renew old acquaintances, forge new partnerships, and immerse oneself in a diverse community, all sharing a common passion.

In the spirit of unity and collaboration, I warmly welcome each of you to CHRO 2024, Perth Western Australia.

Warm Regards,

Professor Barry J. Marshall
